Living Well is a programme for people with a life limiting condition who are living at home.
Family or whānau come together at Te Omanga to spend time together enjoying a mix of activities, entertainment and fellowship.
Every week there is a different theme. You may make cards, or a memory book, or the theme might be a ‘Pamper Day’. Whatever is planned, our team of wonderful volunteers will guarantee you have a great time.
We also have a discussion time. These discussions are on topics that may be of interest to you but are often hard to broach. We call this ‘The Elephant in the Room’ and it is led by members of the hospice team. You can opt in or out of this group depending on your interest in the topic.
The Living Well Programme is currently taking a break and we will let you know when it starts back up again.
