Volunteers at Te Omanga Hospice contribute to all areas of our hospice life.
They come from a variety of cultures, skills, age groups and backgrounds with each bringing a unique perspective to their role.
There are a wide range of reasons that prompt people to volunteer, from Duke of Edinburgh Awards to continuing to do something purposeful in retirement. Whatever the reason, we can guarantee you will be changed by the experience.
“Great place! Great people! Gain far more than I give!”
