Your health and wellbeing, and that of our community, are important to us. Our care and support of patients will continue wherever they are – at home, our hospice, Hutt Hospital or an Aged Care Facility.
Visitor Information
As a health service, we do require that you wear a surgical mask at-all-times while at the hospice and ask that all visitors come through the main doors only and sign-in using the iPad at the entrance.
Please don’t visit our hospice if you are unwell or have symptoms of cold or flu; or if you have been asked to isolate. If you are unsure, please check with us first on (04) 569 7921 of 0800 136 136
