In dementia care, the path isn’t always clear. Holding the compass means finding direction together – guided by shared knowledge, compassion, and community.
This hui highlights how a palliative approach helps people living with dementia maintain their quality of life until the end, while providing essential support for their caregivers throughout the journey.
We’ll explore:
- Key topics and perspectives in dementia care
- Ways to support and empower caregivers
- Personal stories and shared experiences
- The diverse elements of care, connection, and wellbeing
